Christian Education
St. John’s has the mission to lead students of all ages to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ! We do this by providing opportunities from young people, all the way from 3 years old to college aged, with the opportunity to draw closer to God through fun activities. St. John’s YOUTH! is founded on the vision that leads to students down a path where they will serve God fully in their lives.

Kids Ministry Weekly Video!

BOTTOM LINE: The Bible helps us to fight temptation.

OBJECTIVE: Kids will commit to reading the Bible every day this week.

KEY PASSAGE: Luke 4:1-13, The Temptation of Jesus

MEMORY VERSE: “So put on all of God’s armor. Evil days will come. But you will be able to stand up to anything. And after you have done everything you can, you will still be standing.” Ephesians 6:13 (NIrV)

SUMMARY: Whether it’s a sword or a bazooka, a soldier relies on his weapons to fight and win the battle. When we fill our minds and hearts with the Word of God – the sword of the Spirit – we can overcome any challenge or temptation.
